Horrible experience throughout. First Saam was supposed to show me the house. He did and then when I decided to go with it, he called me in to the office at a pre-agreed time. I came across a leaflet posted through my door one day, I had been contemplating on renting my 2 bedroom flat. This couldn't have come at a better time.
