I had paid a fully managed property management service but received anything but from Kasia. I had to get too involved with the tenant and chased Kasia a number of times to manage problems such as late rent, fixes, and gas and elec safety certificate renewals. Ambiguous fees that was not worth the service received. The fees were not disclosed on the website and issued by kasia. Lack of transparency.
