Must be avoided at all cost. This company is operated on greed and incompetence. After buying properties on a farm I was already a tennant, they immediately slapped a 30% rent increase straight away, refused to discuss it and issued eviction papers. I had been there without issue for 8 years, and was in remission from stage 4 at the time. You need to be able to trust your landlord, it's a two way trust, but you could never, ever trust these people with a single penny. Must be avoided.

When it comes to property management, FBR surely plumb new depths of their profession. I can honestly report them to be truly appalling. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
