When it comes to property management, FBR surely plumb new depths of their profession. I can honestly report them to be truly appalling. If you require someone whose response time is some 3 years to obtain simple decorating quotes only to find when they eventually arrive that they vary as much as 300%, then FBR is the company for you. The condescending attitude, rudeness and sheer unprofessionalism of their property management team know no bounds and leave you wondering who exactly the client is. Indifference to health and safety issues, continual broken promises and an inordinate lack of response has lead to our building suffering considerably due to their negligence. A blame culture with regard to their contractors in order to cover their ineptitude is one of their standard traits. Not even Superman could help you out when it comes to FBR. AVOID IF YOU CAN.

As previously stated, these people have no idea how to act in a professional manner, especially when it comes to tennants. Must be avoided at all cost. This company is operated on greed and incompetence. After buying properties on a farm I was already a tennant, they immediately slapped a 30% rent increase straight away, refused to discuss it and issued eviction papers. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
