This is not a professional estate agency because they mislead tenants and landlords alike. We had an agreement with them to provide office cleaning at their premises, then a couple of weeks later, some zero hours character from there starts harassing our staff expecting us to clean for free the shed where he lives. Then this Aman moron starts asking for a percentage of the value of the cleaning jobs we got from this business saying that the boss is too old now and he is running things now and that he is renting properties without any records, cashing all the middleman fees for himself. To make it worse, another feelow named Amit also starts asking for percentage in cash from the jobs which they were booking with us. We stopped working with them because their attitude is medieval, unprofessional and all the people who have done business with them are still surprised that they are still in business. If there is an award for the worst estate agency in Harrow / London or even the UK, you gave found it -- especially because of that Aman shepherd and the other oddball. Keep away, they are everything other than professional -- I am still surprised that they still have a license.

The job of being an estate agent is not easy...especially as the general reputation goes that Never trust a Recruitment or Estate Agent.
