All i can say about this collective of awful people (i use the word people very lightly), is that they have no human kindness or decency about them. In 2021 my mum and myself were unfairly evicted, after being told we would be safe in the property we were renting. Never missed a months rent and took care of the property. In june they told us we would have to leave the property. Fair enough, so we started looking and found a lovely place in truro. We looked at it and were going through the application process. This was in july. Then in august bill bannister came to us and said the landlady changed her mind, that we were ok. So we stayed where we are, saves moving our stuff and changing agents. Roll on to the 1st of october and a letter drops through the door. They even made us pay full rent for a property with no working cooker. With no discount for the inconvenience either. October the 1st 2021, was when we were evicted, when the law changed on evicting people. At the same time as the renting crisis. The stress of it all put my mum in hospital for 6 months. She was never the same after that and died in january of this year. I owe the passing of my mum, to the stress of what bill bannister unfairly did to her. And also they gave support to the landlady even when they lied and falsely claimed for items on the deposit that shouldn't have been on there. Dont put you're trust in bill bannister, they will only let you down. Ps I hate you bill bannister and all the souless ghouls that work for you. You're awful people.
