Initially keen to get the property on the portfolio and efficient at providing a valuation. Advertised as 1% of sale price which was a reasonable level. However, the flat fee for sole agent is £1999.0 + VAT which does not appear on the website therefore we felt misleading. It was raised as a concern with Habitat Oldham.
