My experience with Habitat Oldham was extremely disappointing. Despite multiple reschedules to suit their timing, the agent didn’t even show us the property because we were 5 minutes late. They made zero effort to understand that delays can happen for various reasons and showed no consideration for buffer time. I wasn’t late on purpose, but their lack of basic human decency was striking. The agent scheduled only a 10-minute slot for our viewing, saying they had to attend another appointment, which they never mentioned while booking. Even though we called them 15 minutes prior to confirm our attendance, there was no prior information about any specific requirements or details. They repeatedly changed the appointment time, which we accommodated, but their behavior showed no flexibility in return. One of the worst letting agencies I’ve ever dealt with. Be cautious – dealing with them might not be worth your time or effort.

Advertised as 1% of sale price which was a reasonable level. However, the flat fee for sole agent is £1999.0 + VAT which does not appear on the website therefore we felt misleading. It was raised as a concern with Habitat Oldham.
