It took a while to sell my house because initially the market was quite slow and it is a very individual property. The whole NF team kept me well informed, conducted viewings and vetted offers with the same care and enthusiasm throughout. They secured my sale and supported me to the end. I was able to speak to any of the team anytime and they were all very professional.

Had a difficult to sell property and ultimately sold it at a heavy loss but NF got it sold after 3 years. They were good communicators, supportive and energetic. Deliberately misleading. Knew landlord was looking to sell but lied to us and said he wanted long term let. Given notice (by phone!), only 4 months in, then badgered immediately to allow viewings. Ascertain to the best of your ability beforehand, if the landlord has any plans to sell, even the remotest inclination If so, you MUST inform prospective tenants Respect tenant\'s right to quiet enjoyment of their home
