My mother sold her bungalow in order to migrate to Australia. For an elderly single lady this prospect was daunting but the team at Newton Fallowell, primarily Ben, was terrific from beginning to end.
Firstly, Ben provided honest advice in relation to pricing in order to achieve the best price whilst ultimately selling the property in the shortest possible period. My mother was comfortable dealing with Ben who explained pricing structures and was wholly transparent with contracts. Further more, throughout the process he provided feedback and answers promptly in order to avoid any uneccessary stress. The photos were excellent and the resulting sale was delivered (subject to contract) within 8 weeks with a price above my mother's expectation, which was a fantastic result.
Finally, during the sales negotiation, Ben worked with both myself and my mother to provide progression and ensured that we were kept upto date with when contracts were to be exchanged. My mother was completely satisfied with the results and we would certainly recommend Newton Fallowell to anyone wishing to sell their property.

Matt, Ben, John & Josh have all been exceptional in the standard of service they have provided us not only for the sale of our house but also with the purchase of our new property.
From the start when Ben came to value our house he was polite and genuinely wanted to sell our house for the correct market value. Thanks to the girls behind the scenes our house details and photos were of excellent quality. They were published quickly on all property search websites, papers and within their office. We were given regular feedback on how many website viewings we had had and how many brochures they had sent out to prospective buyers.
With regard to our sale Matt was our main contact and always willing to take my calls (and there were plenty of them!) He was always polite, professional and honest when giving us updates and talked us through each stage of the sale so we never felt we were in the dark. He was always willing to discuss things with our solicitor or buyer if needed and always kept us informed of the outcome. Matt has not only helped us with our sale but has been actively involved with our purchase despite this being through another Estate Agent!! Without his help, guidance (and counselling) I think I would have given up a long time ago!!!
John was also excellent at following up all details once we had sold our property, he would chase any outstanding queries and would let us know the outcome very quickly and efficiently.
Josh was always willing to help and again was very polite and professional.
When selling or buying a property for us Newton Fallowell are the Estate Agents that are head and shoulders above the rest. Well done!!

I contacted Newton Fallowell after seeing a house on RightMove that met our requirements. Josh took all my details and suggested other properties that might suit us. He was very helpful arranging all four viewings on the same day for us as it was a long way to travel. He arranged with the vendors when we could view and sent text updates with the full address etc which was very helpful for finding them quickly withSat Nav.
The house we recently purchased was down to a recommendation from Josh as it wasn't yet on their website and had only just come on the market. We loved it and Josh kept us up to date along the way with information.
We needed a further survey done for dampness and NF arranged this themselves as part of their package which was great peace of mind.
I can highly recommend them. I spoke to Josh and Matt and they were both very professional and completely up to date with what was going on etc.
Definitely the best agent we've ever had dealings with.

Used Newton Fallowell Boston to sell my investment property and received a 5* service from the very helpful team.
