Matt, Ben, John & Josh have all been exceptional in the standard of service they have provided us not only for the sale of our house but also with the purchase of our new property. From the start when Ben came to value our house he was polite and genuinely wanted to sell our house for the correct market value. Thanks to the girls behind the scenes our house details and photos were of excellent quality. They were published quickly on all property search websites, papers and within their office. We were given regular feedback on how many website viewings we had had and how many brochures they had sent out to prospective buyers. With regard to our sale Matt was our main contact and always willing to take my calls (and there were plenty of them!) He was always polite, professional and honest when giving us updates and talked us through each stage of the sale so we never felt we were in the dark. He was always willing to discuss things with our solicitor or buyer if needed and always kept us informed of the outcome. Matt has not only helped us with our sale but has been actively involved with our purchase despite this being through another Estate Agent!! Without his help, guidance (and counselling) I think I would have given up a long time ago!!! John was also excellent at following up all details once we had sold our property, he would chase any outstanding queries and would let us know the outcome very quickly and efficiently. Josh was always willing to help and again was very polite and professional. When selling or buying a property for us Newton Fallowell are the Estate Agents that are head and shoulders above the rest. Well done!!
