We rented the property under the impression that it would be for long term let. After 4 months I recieved a phone call fro. Them telling us that at the end of the initial 6 month tenancy we would be required to leave - they did say this was through no fault of ours and that the landlord now wished to sell the property. No proper check-in was performed and the inventory the gave us at the time of signing and picking up the keys at their office was so deficient of detail that we had to document all the problems we found ourselves. It is a good Jo. We did as they are now with holding our deposit and saying we caused damage to the furnishings! There were so remedial jobs which we were aware of before we moved into the place and they even delayed our signing date by 1 week so they could have the work done - despite numerous phone calls they never sorted these things out! We were harrassed by surveyors not 20 minutes after I had received the initial notice to quit the property. My overall impression of this branch is that once they have you signed up and have taken their fees then they really could not care less about managing the tenancy.
