terrible experience as a landlord. The Sunbury team (West London) were very poor in managing my property, porr communication, basic mistakes (wrong keys, missed appointments, lack of professionalism overall). I would never use them again.

These guys are pathetic!!!! Don't trust them. Despicable estate agents, kept trying to force me to drop my sale price only a couple of weeks in. Rude staff who never return calls and try to intimidate you. Such a bad experience with this agent so far. The letting of the property was ok but the property management so far has been awful.
