My experience with B Bailey Management Company has been overwhelmingly negative, marked by a consistent lack of accountability and disregard for tenant and property owner concerns. If you value your property and your peace of mind, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. For over two years, I raised multiple complaints about a leaking gutter on a property managed by B Bailey. This issue led to severe damage, including the destruction of the fence in my garden due to water damage. Despite the clear consequences of their neglect, and despite both myself and the property's landlord requesting repairs, B Bailey Management Company refused to take any responsibility or address the issue. Their response to these concerns has been dismissive at best and negligent at worst. They showed zero willingness to protect the landlords and my property from further damage or to make even basic repairs for two years. In my opinion, this company operates with minimal regard for property owners or tenants and seems entirely unresponsive to genuine complaints. Instead of resolving issues that could prevent further damage, their inaction has cost me, and they have refused to cover the damages their neglect caused. In short, B Bailey Management Company is poorly managed, unresponsive, and lacks the professionalism required to protect and maintain the properties under their care. If you're considering working with them, know that you may be putting your property at risk.
