Suggested by my freeholder and Instructed for a leasehold extension valuation. Over valued the property significantly even after comparables were supplied. Me and my girlfriend were invited for a flat-viewing. We were there waiting in front of the house,as we agreed. I'll never go there again.

B Bailey are the pits. Shoddy, cheap tradesmen used. Always muddled and confusd whenever we spoke to them. Never return your calls. Never gain consent or even notify you of people/tradesmen coming round. Random people were constantly in the hallway/in the garden. There is a huge cockroach problem... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
B Bailey are the pits. Shoddy, cheap tradesmen used. Always muddled and confusd whenever we spoke to them. Never return your calls. Never gain consent or even notify you of people/tradesmen coming round. Random people were constantly in the hallway/in the garden. There is a huge cockroach problem in all Fortess Road flats, like living in a cesspit. I would strongly advise to live elsewhere. Not sure what B Bailey are paid to do. Took AGES and lots of chasing to get deposit back. Avoid!

Do not rent with B. Bailey & Co. They treat their tenants appallingly.
They employ tradesmen who do not finish work properly.
We have been left without electricity to sockets and even the oven for over a month at a time, with frequent requests for them to fix it.
We have a "Refurbished" flat, which has windows incorrectly sealed, and therefore on a cold night temperatures in the house can reach almost 0 degrees - yet to be fixed, even after requesting this.
Our gas meters have been labelled incorrectly and not put right, therefore we were paying for gas we did not use.
The main front door has been left without a lock for 2 weeks, having been told it would be fixed the next day.
Front door buzzers are wired to the wrong flats, and therefore we miss packages, and have unnecessary calls on a daily basis - still not fixed.
And to top it off: They don't even show us enough respect to return our calls! But they don't forget to take the

Shockingly poorly run company. This firm never respond to any tenant problems, no repairs are made - ever. Tenants are ignored, the staff are confused, forgetful and muddled. Shockingly poorly run company.
