Shockingly poorly run company. This firm never respond to any tenant problems, no repairs are made - ever. Tenants are ignored, the staff are confused, forgetful and muddled. I despair of being a tenant of B.Bailey and Co and dread anything going wrong with the flat I rent because getting help from them is impossible.

B Bailey are the pits. Shoddy, cheap tradesmen used. Always muddled and confusd whenever we spoke to them. Never return your calls. Never gain consent or even notify you of people/tradesmen coming round. Random people were constantly in the hallway/in the garden. There is a huge cockroach problem... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
B Bailey are the pits. Shoddy, cheap tradesmen used. Always muddled and confusd whenever we spoke to them. Never return your calls. Never gain consent or even notify you of people/tradesmen coming round. Random people were constantly in the hallway/in the garden. There is a huge cockroach problem in all Fortess Road flats, like living in a cesspit. I would strongly advise to live elsewhere. Not sure what B Bailey are paid to do. Took AGES and lots of chasing to get deposit back. Avoid!

They are dreadful. Just interested in taking money from you. They are completely useless. They employ dodgy people to do work for them. If you complain they bully and ignore you. Just about the worst you could find. Squeeze you for money seems to be their motto. Nothing... Read Full Review

Do not rent with B. Bailey & Co. They treat their tenants appallingly. They employ tradesmen who do not finish work properly.
