In short this company is useless and not at all straight, would seriously avoid them. As a landlord they cheated me out of thousands of pounds and when made a complaint the owner tried to intimidate. The staff are also useless. It seems they have been in business about 20 years but how they have remained in business that long I do not understand.

6 months with Hamilton Fox has been, by far, the worst customer experience I had in this country since I came to London 10 years ago. Refer to other review for the kind of issues I went through. They are completely useless, very unprofessional, completely unable to cope with basic customer service... Read Full Review
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
