This agency is fraudulent and does not pay the rental money on to its landlords, both David Osbourne and his son Michael are con men and I had to take them to court to try to retrieve rent paid by my tenants also they do not mange the property they just ignore it. In short this company is useless and not at all straight, would seriously avoid them. As a landlord they cheated me out of thousands of pounds and when made a complaint the owner tried to intimidate. 'Terrible' doesn't begin to do justice to this company. My daughter almost had a complete breakdown through their atrocious business practices. 22 May 2012I am having the same problem with Hamilton Fox, Bethnal Green branch before they went into liqidation last year. I am still out of pocket my tentants deposit and they are now claiming it back from...

6 months with Hamilton Fox has been, by far, the worst customer experience I had in this country since I came to London 10 years ago. Refer to other review for the kind of issues I went through.
