Very bad experience with this agent, just before the day of exchange agent took this property off the market https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/143188541 just to readvertise for higher price. Complete waste of time, waste of money on surveys, searches and solicitor. Completely unreasonable agent and their services. In addition to that, this property is also timber framed with missing convenants. please careful with the seller.
