We decided to use Roger Platt purely based on our interaction with Neil Vardar, who came across as professional, pleasant,and easy to communicate with. He promised to get us the best price for our property, and he delivered. Neil was always courteous when we spoke, even when we encountered obstacles along the way. I have to say that if it wasnt for Neil, we were tempted on occasions to look for an alternative estate agent due to frustration with communication from the branch !! Fortunately everything turned out as we wished albeit a very close timescale to avoid the extra stamp duty. Considering that this was the first time in 34 years we had sold and bought a property we were extremely surprised how complex everything happened along the way. I thought that with todays technology that communication and the whole buying process would be easier! How wrong was I!!! As a footnote may I suggest that Roger Platt remove Beaumont solicitors from their panel. They were totally useless!!

Very bad experience with this agent, just before the day of exchange agent took this property off the market https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/143188541 just to readvertise for higher price.
