Charles White has to be without doubt the worst property factor in Edinburgh. The management team are woefully inept and quite frankly rude. They have zero interest in working with property owners to manage the development. It's all about the money...... Do not use Charles White! Find another factoring agent!

I have found Charles White to be manulative, unhelpful regarding a serious complaint I have made, which is still not resolved after three months and money grabbing. I am a property owner of several years owning several properties, only one managed by Charles White and they are way beyond the most incompetent company I have met in my experience.
