We have always had excellent service from Charles White . Our present agent, Robyn Rae, is exemplary in all that she does. Her email responses are always speedy and helpful and her visits a pleasure. She is a credit to the company.

30 Sept 2022I think the very opposite, Had many meetings with Robyn, on many issues at our development and she tells you to your face what she will do and does nothing. many example: Feb you will receive your quote for the window repair to communal stair by the end of the week, March email you will receive it by the end of the week. May email you will receive it asap. 30th of September still awaiting Quote. Shocking Service. This is just one instance

Charles White has to be without doubt the worst property factor in Edinburgh. The management team are woefully inept and quite frankly rude.
