I am a Landlord and I have had a very bad experience with the Robinson-Jackson Barnehurst branch. They recommended a tenant and I accepted that tenant because I believed their selection method (all the searches about the tenant). After the 2-year tenancy agreement was signed everything went wrong. The tenant removed our flooring, carpet, and cupboards without our permission. (no action made by the Robinson-jackson) He didn't pay the rent on time. now he hasn't paid the last 3 months rents. I am struggling to pay my mortgage now and am also under stress. No one didn't response from the branch. Please think about it before going to Robinson Jackson.
