Just finally sold a property put on the market in mid-May despite no chain and a specific request for buyers who would complete quickly.Offered me buyers who they claimed were with a mortgage, subject to valuation. Booked an appointment for 6.30pm 13.05.19 to view a flat in nuxley village. Arrived around 6.25pm and then called branch to confirm door number. Very unpleasant experience dealing with Robinsin Jackson Belvedere. They made our proposed purchase a stressful process, providing misleading and uncertain information. Their customer service was non existent and I've never had a supposedly customer facing agency insult me down the phone before.... Read Full Review
