Awful service. They basically told me I can't sell my house without them as nobody else was as good as them and I quote from two members of staff "WE ARE THE BEST" most of the staff are very cocky and they only told us half of the first offer which lost us our first buyer, we would not of accepted if we had known the actual offer. We are now on our third buyer which the offer was made over the phone and we were told they are basically a first time buyer but they are not again we would not of accepted, we were planned to move by end of November 2012 it's now march 2013 and seen no progression our solicitor is working hard to move us but as spicer never return calls or update info or when they do they give us false info eg our buyer has there mortgage offer but the truth is they didn't. I tried to complain to the manager which happens to be the agent we are dealing with and he had a answer for everything and I'm not happy with those answers they are a rip off they don't deserve the commission they get and I will go further with my complaint
They can give us a reduction of the fees due to stress I have been through because of the problems stated, they need to stop replying with cocky answers and start giving better customer services

More honesty - a reasonable valuation. Don\'t get people to dign contracts under false pretenses. Charge a reasonable amount.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
