When viewing the property we were reassured by the agent that there was no damp, and that all repairs would be completed prior to us moving in. Low and behold, 2 months into the tenancy they are still completing repairs. They do the repairs as cheaply as possible. There is also damp along all of the outside walls. A workman (electrician) is fitting a FRRONT DOOR for us and has taken 5 hours so far. I have 4 children and havent been able to enter the living room for the whole 5 hours as its freezing. We had a leaking radiator that left puddles of water in the kitchen and the workman they sent tried skive off until the following week as it was friday. Steer clear or you will regret it.

friend moved in 5 and a half years ago never did any repairs surveyor stated needed 6,000 pounds worth of repairs done, trying to illegally evict,stealing personal property,im getting police involved in this,scheme, trying all the dirty tricks in the book to get tenant out, and company is well... 6 Oct 2012sterling properties are well known for non repair illegal evictions failing to place deposits in rent deposit scheme failure to retirn deposits falsifying documents. so i understand what you mean...
