We have just read a (circa) 100 Page Report , currently nicknamed (and presently dubbed) : The Keith Pattinson Property Scandal. Hopefully: The UK Authorities are now taking appropriate action on it. It is Totally Shocking - and carefully shows , (with Solid Evidence) , how Thousands of UK Property Owners (Vendors and Sellers) have been Systematically Scammed (and Ruthlessly Racketeered) Out of the True Market Values of their Properties (By Pattinson and Associates). Unfortunately: Most of the (Scammed and Racketeered) Property Sellers (Property Owners and Property Vendors) do not even know the Massive Scale of the Keith Pattinson Property Scandal. I don't know about the outbe services but the bidding process is a scam guys. They raising the bidding by themselves every time you do bid. And when they see that you don't bid anymore magical the highest bed withdraw the bid and you congratulations you... Read Full Review

As a property buyer I experience every kind of property selling agent. Some are good, some not so good.... but there is ONLY one I have ever reviewed and that I will walk away from........ Pattinsons. …that should be enough for thought!... Read Full Review

sold my property through online auction used option 2 witch was supposedly all fees paid £2400 i asked 3 times if everything was included and was told yes, but no,i had to pay there solicitors £1200 for fees,so ended up £3600... Read Full Review

The lied repeatedly on the phone, dismissed all concerns as nonsense and used high pressure sales tactics. The moment we signed they sent a fee that was 20x what they lead us to believe which was hidden away in the small print and immediatley threatened to sue us. Do not trust anything this... Pattinson provides Misleading and Misrepresented information. I bough a property at an online auction. They were not fair and honest. Be aware they manipulate auction bids and times internally. Some of the agents I dealt with were rude and unprofessional. Also, I was pushed to sign Buyers Contract ... Read Full Review
