After a rogue plumber was hired,and didn't fix a leak in my studio just ,because I asked the agency,to show photos of his work,)as i was abroad, ,at the time,it is standard procedure to do so before payment,the leak returned,3 weeks later, and after having 470.00taken from my acct,with no prior notice to pay for job not completed,had it been,i would not have cared.and non existent refs , (I asked for refund),this agency,have turned vindictive,ignorant,and unreasonable, although they by law have a duty of care to clients,have ignored,my simple request for a refund making my life miserable,now,and are based 20 mins from my studio,which was the whole reason I employed in the first place.for convenience,)now insisting I come to sort out,a problem,my self which has taken me out of the way, pulling back on service.I find the fees,more expensive than any agent,dividing up the tenant finding fee every six months,to renew,and a hap hazard management style of verbal agreement,is slip shod,)you either manage a property,or you ,don',they have accused me of bombarding them,with emails, simply because,I am not happy with the service and purposely do not respond,and behave in an arrogant and vindictive manner,evading youre complaints,requests,and making making me out to be rude,and how dare i ask for for proper plumbing, service,!!that's rude.they exaggerate. This has worn me down,and I have never encountered a service so evasive,and unreasonable and negative.Be very carefull!!!!
