I have rented through this agency a room in Wimbledon. I have been dealing mainly with one agent. I can fully recommend this agency. Trustful with friendly touch. The agent was always approachable in dealing with the landlord or to solve other problems. I was lucky because the landlord is amazing and very helpful person. Very quick in solving the issues. Fees Signing fee is not high, however fee to extend the contract was about £100 which from tenant perspective seems unnecessary Deposit Fully refunded with no problems.
