After Renting a Property through them for 5 Years,Improved the property with new Blinds and improving the Garden and 3 months notice before leaving which we had all the carpets proffessionally cleaned and gave the kichen and proper Clean just forgot one cuboard which we used untill final move out ........ Yet They then Charged us £80 for a full kichen Clean ...... Plus £180 for a Bloody Freezer draw which was cracked when we took up the property ..... and £75 to fill a two holes from a TV wall bracket which before we installed it we asked permision and they told us was Fine to do so ....... NO USE AGAIN F*CKING SHAMELESS

13 Jul 2024We are sorry you feel that way, however find your comments unfair and unjustified. You were not given permission to drill holes in the wall, all the kitchen cupboards were very dirty (we have photos) and the drawer in the freezer was completely broken and unusable. We could not expect the next tenant to accept the above and so needed to employ three different contractors for each job. This all takes time and incurs costs. We have invoices for everything and have, as always, remained transparent throughout the process. You were given the opportunity to dispute this as your deposit was protected, but you declined. If you had left the property in the condition you found it (as it is stated in your tenancy agreement) we would not have had to spend time sorting these things out.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
