I have stayed with their property. I had never seen any worst letting agency in UK. Their service, the way staff behaves when ask for help and had a big scam with deposit when I left.

I felt I had to speak up after hearing about the dreadful experiences of a prospective Tenant. They kept her holding deposit after she withdraw her tenancy application. From my personal experience of dealing with JNR Properties supporting a friend, JNR failed to return a holding fee after they made repeated errors on letting documents and my friend withdrew with concerns. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
