I am looking to sue this company for gross negligence regarding the letting of my property. The letting was badly mismanaged with a number of serious errors, and ended up with the property being used as a cannabis farm with massive damage caused. Staves did not issue a tenancy agreement to the last tenant, did not register the deposit as is legally required, took no action when the previous tenant was in breach of the tenancy agreement by changing the locks and subletting, as well as the lack of inspections through them not endeavouring to get new keys from the tenant. I also have doubts that proper referencing was even undertaken for the last tenant. Will Staves is really not up to his job and would surely have been sacked if he were not a member of the family

If I could give less an one star I would. They let a property for me. When I return home my house had damage to it. They never used the tenants despoit so I could fix the work.
