I don't way your company keep delete the review the only reason your company don't want the other public people know how you did to your client stop put the trap around don't waste people money and time and your need to remember until today all my family member where the house and when can we move in specially my children and my six years daughter weather can your company prove what your did is right ? but I can prove what your company do is absolute wrong be very careful to the public when your do a deal with this type of estate agent

6 Sept 2017I am very sorry that you were ultimately unsuccessful in purchasing the above mentioned property. As we explained to you at the time, because the client that we were working for with this particular property was a corporate vendor, they requested that the property remained on the open market until exchange of contracts, as is common with this type of transaction. This was made very clear to you at the time that you made the offer. Unfortunately a higher offer was later received from another party. You were notified of this and were invited to increase your offer. Unfortunately you did not match the higher offer that was made. Therefore unfortunately the client chose to go with the higher offer. You were notified of this at the time and the reasons for this were explained to you thoroughly. I am sorry that you remain dissatisfied and I am sympathetic to the situation. This is certainly not the way that a normal sales transaction is handled and I can understand your frustration with the matter. However, unfortunately this can happen when offering on a property of this type and the pitfalls and situation with this property were highlighted to you at the time that you submitted your offer and the circumstances around it were explained to you in detail. 13 Sept 2017We were unable to contact you when the higher offer came in as you were not answering your phone. We therefore notified your solicitor of the situation. I take offence to your statement that we do not take care of our clients and that we are only interested in our commission. This is just simply not the case and is a totally unsubstantiated and false claim. Again, I am very sorry that you remain dissatisfied with the situation. If I could give less an one star I would. They let a property for me. When I return home my house had damage to it. They never used the tenants despoit so I could fix the work.
