This branch collectively this week wasted 16 hours of driving by my husband and myself from Skegness off the back of incorrect and ill advised information. Not to mention the emotional damage to us and the couple who thought they had sold their property to us. All could have been prevented by doing a bit of homework properly Collette and saving us a lot of time and energy. Easy to laugh off , but very upsetting from our perspective. I would probably avoid this branch in the future.
