If this could be a 0 star it would. Wouldn't recommend Ian Perks to anybody. Reported mould and damp issues in my home several times over the 7 years I lived there, repairs were never carried out correctly and were told to just keep painting over the problem. Both my young children were constantly poorly (which I have logged on their health records) whilst living there and I had very sentimental items ruined due to the damp which they had no sympathy for nor an apology. Very heartless people. Oh and blamed my newborn baby for being an extra body in the home breathing causing more vapour in the air which apparently made the bedroom so mouldy. They ended up telling us after reporting it yet again that we had to leave saying our landlord was selling only for this to be a LIE as the house has now been redecorated and put back up to let. Shame on you Ian Perks (Claire Hine) kicking a family out of their home for reporting issues where a home isn't safe to live in and lying about the landlord selling up. Disgusting. Stay clear

They could of actually done their job and phoned me to arrange a viewing before letting out the property. I was the first to contact them to request a viewing but found it had been let subject to contract a week later after hearing no word. This is below the standards of customer service i would expect from any professional company.
