If this could be a 0 star it would. Wouldn't recommend Ian Perks to anybody. Reported mould and damp issues in my home several times over the 7 years I lived there, repairs were never carried out correctly and were told to just keep painting over the problem. What agent could do to change your mind?
They could of actually done their job and phoned me to arrange a viewing before letting out the property. I was the first to contact them to request a viewing but found it had been let subject to contract a week later after hearing no word. This is below the standards of customer service i would expect from any professional company.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
