Cowboys, take your money to sell your property and do very little. Never sold my property and continues hazzle to pay for the job they never did plus charging for every single viewing separately at £30 each when in initial quote said it was per block. Initial valuation far from reality to get you onboard only. Be very careful, do not trust them and read small print before you sign anything and record any conversation with them.

Dozens of phone calls, countless emails. 3 times the number of no show viewings than actual viewings. From one day to the next another person dealing in some way with sale. I have never come across such blatant disinterest and lack of customer service as experienced with mov8. While you may save a few quid but you will almost certainly lose potential sales on your property too. The agents are rude, have no customer skills and the most basic to no knowledge of the... I used mov8 as they are a fixed price estate agent. From the beginning the schedule was showing my neighbours rotting carport and my front door. They did not offer to reprint this. When I did get an offer on the house it took 24 hours to relay this to me and then when I accepted it was not relayed... Read Full Review

They say you get what you pay for... if you go for these people you will end up with a firm that has pretty much zero internal or external communication and requires constant reminders to do the most basic things, about which they then frequently forget.
