Terrible incompetent staff, only concerned with hoarding money. Unhelpful and obtuse during most interactions. Even to the point where major safety breaches go ignored. For example I was having a smart meter fitted to my gas supply, an EDF engineer showed me that management had installed their CCTV lock box straight infront of the Bemco unit, as he stated a 'major safety breach', meaning no access to emergency services if ever needed. I reported it right away and block manager Alistair, didn't consider it urgent and took 16 days to correct the issue, and only after pushed multiple times. Again the council missed our bin collection for 8 weeks in a row, as you can imagine with 12 flats on the premises it was not an ideal situation. Victoria reported it when missed, sent a 'contractor'(someone who removed a few excess bits of rubbish? Not a full collection) round once then refused to do so again as it cost '£35' (collectively we pay around £32000 a year) relatively a small amount when put towards the block not becoming a rubbish site. Again, had to deal with them this week as there is a faulty gas pipe connected to one of the flats above. Victoria has consistently tried to claim to me that the issue (indicated by a loud ringing) was connected to my flat, though no noise was connected to use of my own gas supply. Refused to listen, even went as far to send a plumber into my apartment without my permission and claim it was to do with my boiler. Seemingly tried to imply that there was no ringing, though I sent a recording, had had it pointed out by many guests and when heard was very clearly coming from a pipe connected to the above flats. Honestly do not know why they hire such unpleasant and difficult staff to sit in customer facing roles. Avoid them.

Listen to what is being said or asked in phone calls. Don\'t make false promises. Get yourselves organised. Don\'t rent out properties with major problems which you will later claim you cannot fix.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
