I've used DDM as letting agent for around 4years and have been generally satisfied with the service that I've received, especially from the staff at Barton. Louise has been my main point of contact and I've always found her informative, she follows problems and enquiries through, and does her job with a friendly sense of humour.

I deal with DDM Barton and Scunthorpe. As both our properties are in Barton, I deal with Loiuse all the time. As we live abroad we love getting emails from Loiuse. Even if she doesn't have much to report, we still receive an emial. Customer service is very important and I am constantly let down by ... Read Full Review
