    Poor client service, they are very rude via emails if they actually do respond. Took 4 months to get a reply after sending about 10 emails. Won’t share invoices and paperwork, charge a lot of fees but won’t disclose what for. Poorly run company. Threaten to take matters further ... Read Full Review

    Terrible estate agents. The secretary is unfriendly and rude. All correspondence with the letting agent was arduous and time consuming.     What agent could do to change your mind?

    More communication with tenants, secretary needs to learn customer service skills as she lets the company down.
