Poor client service, they are very rude via emails if they actually do respond. Took 4 months to get a reply after sending about 10 emails. Won’t share invoices and paperwork, charge a lot of fees but won’t disclose what for. Poorly run company. Threaten to take matters further ... Read Full Review

Terrible estate agents. The secretary is unfriendly and rude. All correspondence with the letting agent was arduous and time consuming. Matters of conflict were handled badly and any doubts over their terms were ignored, the term 'customer is always right' certainly doesn't get taken on board here. ... Read Full Review

More communication with tenants, secretary needs to learn customer service skills as she lets the company down.

incorrect invoices from the agent, they charged me what they felt like charging. poor maintance on the property i rented from them, and they still do not answer my question about invoices, and they gave me incorect information when i took out the property from them about parking. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
