As someone buying a house they are selling i am giving 5 stars for communication, manners, literacy and knowledge about their trade. They dont just sit and wait for everything to happen like some agents. This is the kind of business which succeeds.

Good. No issues. We could have achieved a higher price but we freaked out when the first buyers pulled out asking for a 120 K reduction as the house was run down and needed work. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
