Utterly terrible. As a previous tenant avoid. Reported leaks in the ceiling and poor upkeep of the property numerous times, these were always met with supercilious remarks. Unfortunately the roof has failed twice within a short period and complete ceiling collapse due to the incompetence of Ms K Dixon to manage basic property maintenance.
