Reported leaks in the ceiling and poor upkeep of the property numerous times, these were always met with supercilious remarks. Unfortunately the roof has failed twice within a short period and complete ceiling collapse due to the incompetence of Ms K Dixon to manage basic property maintenance.

Rented a property for 3 years with the letting agency and I must admit for the most part it wasn't plane sailing. Had a bunch of problems with the property that the agency just wasn't helping with or took forever to help with BUT (bet you're wondering why it's a 5 star review at this point ey?) they had a change of management about about a year and a half ago the new guys completely turned it around. Instant reply to emails, quick maintenance, really friendly team, got my deposit back the DAY AFTER the tenancy ended. Keep it up guys; you done good.
