This company should be ashamed of itself, they do not return deposits when the house is in exactly the same state as entrance. The member of staff

However, the review is incomplete and we have no record of a tenant with this name, so we are worried that the tenant's complaint may be misdirected. 19 Sept 2023I find it very offensive the suggestion that this was misdirected, how many deposit disputes do you have? it is possible to have both English and Chinese names, your ** reputation rings true in same way that "Tony" spoke to me and my housemates. Do not use this company.

Overpriced rent without bills included for what it was worth, flat wasn't in good condition to begin with.
