2 Let Agency

We are deeply concerned about this public post. The content is fabricated and unquestionably libellous, both to 2LET Agency and to the European Law Students' Association, who the author claims (falsely, we hope) to represent. The claims in the post are quite spectacular and obviously unfounded. It is concerning that AllAgents permits the publication of blatant abuse such as this. We have no option but to instigate legal action to try to redress this situation. 2LET Agency is committed to the provision of a high quality service to both tenants and landlords and we take any legitimate complaints extremely seriously.

Again to all previous claims, to all students/ ex tenants who would like to supply us with more evidence, please come forward as the case goes forward. However, we have enough information (photos/call history, email, recordings etc.) to back up our claims, even including testimonials against the owner himself. Anyone looking to pass on further information, we encourage to come forward and to ignore the threats above, we can assure you is a only a defence, as we have collected enough information over the last 5 years to back up any counter claim, as this has been a long term issue.

We suggest 2LET Agency not to compromise themselves further by dismissing claims as "fabricated" or "libellous" or even "abuse " as we have enough information to back this up, even down to housing contracts registered to the owner, however with a different name listed on the contract. Given what this agency has caused students to endure through only the period of the last 5 years that they would use the term "abuse" (we have received claims dating further back) we suggest 2let Agency to wait until the official claim is shortly filed, before knowingly spreading more disinformation online as this can be used against them. 2Let Agency themselves know the reality of these claims and will soon need to respond to them officially.

As an update, 2LET Agency has begun legal proceedings in the light of this false and libellous review. The European Law Students' Society have been engaged as part of the legal action that we have been forced to take . The ELSA have categorically denied any knowledge of or involvement with this reviewer or their review, a response that our legal representative entirely expected to receive. Our legal team are awaiting responses from the other establishments that the reviewer claims to be associated with and we expect similar replies.

Again we suggest all students to do their research, be smart, check other online reviews, speak to the university about this company. Of course, we have received no contact from "2LET Complaints Dept" or "2LET Agency legal" (there are max. 4 people working for him). Given the large volume of requests we have received from students to investigate the company, this will be presented to 2let Agency directly and through the correct channels.

It’s funny seeing the exact same review I made, with the agency threatening legal action. 2 Let, you’re only threatening legal actions towards anyone who creates a review because you want to scam more and more people out of money and make more young people miserable. Disgusting cretins. I rented a flat in 2021 and had the worst experience, and they still conned my uncle out of 4 grand that he’s only just finished paying off. Start taking accountability for your overpriced shabby mouldy flats, and your rude, vile, bullying employees. Your agency should be flushed. Trust me, I am going to make sure with every fibre of my being your company gets completely shut down because you bet I’m not over the misery you caused to me and my partner in 2021.
