This review is a continuation of the one I did on Trust Pilot. I have tried to get answers from them via email asking some specific questions but I don't get answers to them. So heres a continued report.. The news as of 3 days ago is that the buyer doesn't even have an offer from a lender yet. After 9 months of back and forth with this company this is what's up? I thought you were the fast sales specialist? Their after sales team take a long time to respond to emails and even when they do they don't answer specific questions that are legitimate to the situation. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We understand your frustrations and concerns, and I would like to provide clarity on the issues you've raised. Firstly, we want to apologise for any delays and communication lapses you've experienced. We take your feedback seriously, and we acknowledge that the process has not aligned with the expectations set at the beginning. Please allow me to address some of the specific points you've raised. As with any property entering the market, it is not possible to guarantee the result in value or timescale, our team assess and adjust the marketing of your property to ensure it reaches the right audience and achieves a sale, in line with your agreement. In regards to the property repairs, unfortunately, as damage to the drainage/water pipes was found, this was to be rectified and repaired by your purchaser, which we understand is ongoing. As we also understand it, the repair took place on the 19th January and on the 26th January the report for their lender was ready. This week the broker is dealing with the case to confirm the lender will release funds. As you do have a buyer actively purchasing the property, it would not be acceptable to rent the property out during this time, and the contract is the same as when you did enter into the agreement with us, you aren't locked in, you just simply have agreed to sell your property as outlined in the contract and we have an active purchaser. After your sale does move into the progression stage, where your sale begins to progress, the solicitors for each side of the transaction are working toward the common goal of exchange and completion, this does tend to be a more "quiet" period of the experience as a whole, as the solicitors work away, and any other enquiries, survey, searches, etc occurs. You are correct in that we don't offer a proof of sale confirmation or letter, however, the "proof of the sale", is the memorandum of sale issued at the beginning of the process when you agree a sale. This is standard practice in property conveyancing. In terms of the review, it's entirely up to yourself as to whether you'd like to review any of our staff that you come into contact with or may have dealt with for some time. We do encourage feedback whether public or private, at any stage of the process you move through, as good or constructive feedback helps us to learn, grow and improve our services where we can. Customers who wish to leave reviews for any staff in particular may do so by including their name in their review they are writing for them, but you are correct in saying that there is no way to "select" a staff member to review. As customers move through our company, they do come into contact with multiple staff, and so we don't see any harm in if a customer wishes to review a staff member they might not speak with again, again, positively or even developmental feedback that we can take on board to support our staff and future customers. Overall, we are sorry that you have felt dissatisfied during your experience with us, and if you do wish for us to address your concerns in more detail internally, we would be more than happy to have a member of our management team contact you further.
