Terrible service. Unreliable, unprofessional, never return your calls and rip off both the tenant and the landlord. They have kept hold of tenants deposit and allowed my house to be rented out and destroyed causing thousands of pounds worth of damage. I have complained to management and still nothing has been done. This company has gone downhill, Charlotte is the culprit and I have no qualms about naming her. She is lazy, unprofessional and rude. This company steal from tenants and landlords, steer clear!!

6 Feb 2024I am very sorry you have felt the need to place this review I am personally shocked at the comments made about myself as rude unprofessional and lazy, I believe I have only spoken to you once on this matter as I am not normally envolved in the lettings side of things but I would be very keen to hear from you in what I have done to cause you to feel this way and maybe I can offer a resolution to whatever it is I have done personally.

After 100s of emails and calls you do nothing but sit in your backside taking my money and nit providing a service

13 Aug 2024I fully agree with that complain.i also was treated in unprofessional manner ,plus provided with inaccurate information and after was strongly "told off" .I understand everyone can have bad day at work but at least don't shout at the client. In the end agency and landlord are earning money thanks to us clients and is highly disappointing how they are able to perform
