Terrible service. Unreliable, unprofessional, never return your calls and rip off both the tenant and the landlord. They have kept hold of tenants deposit and allowed my house to be rented out and destroyed causing thousands of pounds worth of damage. I have complained to management and still... Read Full Review

Terrible service. Unreliable, unprofessional, never return your calls and rip off both the tenant and the landlord.
They have kept hold of tenants deposit and allowed my house to be rented out and destroyed causing thousands of pounds worth of damage. I have complained to management and still nothing has been done. This company has gone downhill, Charlotte is the culprit and I have no qualms about naming her. She is lazy, unprofessional and rude. This company steal from tenants and landlords, steer clear!!
