Samantha McCauley and Joanne Shannon of City REsidential in Liverpool sold my apartment for me. Despite all sorts of issues with solicitors who were utterly hopeless and having to even change solicitors as they couldn't cope, these two ladies and their office were utterly brilliant. Professional all the way through and so friendly, supportive and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and even at the last moment when again, the solicitors were holding things up, they were absolutely wonderful and reassured me through right up to the end. I'd highly recommend this Estate Agents - who also got me masses of viewings within ten days of putting the apartment on the market, one of which turned out just fine. Thank you to them both and to anyone looking for an agent, these are your best bet!
